Nyonya Cuisine

Nyonya cuisine is always the choice of  fusion food when you have the chance to visit Malacca, the origin of  Baba & Nyonya.  

When we were back to Malacca during the Raya holidays,  we have our dinner at one of the Nyonya restaurant - "Kenny's Delight".  Taste buds was awakened by the dominant flavours.  Ponteh Chicken, Chilli fish, chincaluk omelet, fried kangkong were the dishes we have tried.

On the way back, I bought some Ponteh sauce and prepare Chicken Ponteh for dinner tonight.

         The dipping sauce is chilli ikan billis paste from Malacca too.
