Spring Roll

I have not make 'Spring Roll' for many years.  It was once my favourite dish I would prepare for Chinese New Year although the procedure is a bit 'complicated'.  Well, I will make it this year since family members have mentioned about  it.

Usually I will get ready all ingredients one day before.

Ingredients:
1.  minced pork, prawn paste, fish meat paste,
2.  dried mushroom, carrot, onion, spring onion 'ngaku',
3.  1 egg white or 1 whole egg
4.  1 tea spoon of corn flour
5.  2 sheets of bean curb skin

Seasoning:
1. Salt, pepper, oyster sauce, chicken stock, sugar, and few drops of sesame oil.

Cooking procedures:
1.  Divide 1 sheet of  bean curb skin into 8 pieces
2.  Put mixture on bean curb skin and sealed with corn flour water
3.  Steam for 10~15 minutes
4.  Let it cool down and deep fried until skin is golden brown and crispy
5.  Extra spring roll can keep in freezer
