Usually I do not cooked a lot of dishes each time because of small family members.
Like today, I only cooked 2 dishes:
Remember last week there was still balance of curry paste, so here comes our CURRY dish.
1. Curry chicken - Besides chicken (of course) I have added potatos, hard boiled egg, fu chuk as well.
2. Chinese cabbage with prawn.
Thats it, only 2. Hope there is no complaints why so little varieties. It is quality and not quantity ok.
Actually, believe it or not, it took longer time to prepare one curry dish compare with ' fried/steam' dish.
For good health reason, coconut milk is not added to the curry, only evaperated milk. I have evidence.
