Some times we have this in restaurant but they are selling 'quality' and not 'quanity', so we cannot satisfied our taste bud. This is my first try out and yet the soup is really so good. Yeah, good try.

1. Pig Stomach Salty Vege Soup
Note to remember:
- Always boil 'pig stomach' in whole piece, do not cut into small piece before cooking, otherwise, you will be eating 'latex'.... This is tips and experience from the butcher.
- Slow boil for at least 2 hours with white pepper, red dates, salty vege. and it will simply taste yummy.
