Deep Fried Pork

It has been long time since I last cook deep fried pork. 

Usually in restaurant there is 'Ko Lu Yok' in Cantonese or "Sweet & sour pork'.  As we all  do not like sweet & sour sauce, I save one step to prepare the sauce.    Surprising the pork is tender and it taste good, hope all family members like it as well.
