When Chinese Meet Japanese

Anchovies with Chinese cabbage
and Japanese miso soup

Stewed Markel Steak (Saba Fish)
Usually in Japanese restaurant we had Sabashioki , but have also tried fish steak, today I tried to copy-cat.
