When Chinese Meet Japanese


1.  Anchovies with Chinese cabbage
     and Japanese  miso soup




2.  Stewed Markel Steak (Saba Fish)

Usually in Japanese restaurant we had Sabashioki , but have also tried fish steak, today I tried to copy-cat. 


3.  Braised Pork with Soft Tofu
